The Bank of America Chicago Marathon started and ended around Grant Park in downtown Chicago. Two shifts of family and friends came together on the Lakefront Path that brisk morning as "Info Team" volunteers to provide information to runners and spectators along Michigan Avenue before and during the race. First shift arrived at 4:30am while second shift arrived at 9:30am.
